The objective of this regulation?
Curb child pornography, drug sales... But also limit addiction to social networks.
Entered into force on August 25, 2023 for the Internet giants (Google, X, LinkedIn, Amazon, Zalando, etc.), it has now been applied to everyone since February 17, 2024.
