You should generally note that cold-pressed oils are actually more suitable for cold cuisine and refined oils are more suitable for hot cuisine, informs the

If you are preparing salad, cold-pressed oils are suitable.
Here it is worth using a high-quality oil.
If you like to experiment, try walnut oil in a salad.
If you prefer a neutral note, you can also use rapeseed oil in your salad.
