At this 49th César ceremony, Jamel Debbouze was accompanied by a special guest: his 15-year-old son Léon, from his union with presenter Mélissa Theuriau.
The young man also has a little sister, Lila Fatima, aged 13.
On the photocall of the event, which was held this Friday, February 23 at the Olympia, the comedian officially presented his eldest child to the photographers and to the world of cinema.
The two men were matched, wearing a black two-piece suit.
Father and son warmly embraced each other, displaying their great complicity.

Jamel Debbouze was present to present the Honorary César to actress, director and screenwriter Agnès Jaoui, awarded for her entire career.
On stage, the man who played in one of the films she directed,

(2008), with Jean-Pierre Bacri, delivered a moving speech.
“Agnès Jaoui raised me in the literal sense of the word.
I gained height alongside him.
I was much smaller than that.
I was a meter before meeting her.”
And to continue: “I have always seen Agnès Jaoui stubbornly defending the weakest, trying to turn the tables on condescension and ordinary racism.
Thank you Agnès, my parents experienced it so much.”
