2 egg yolks
100 g Parmesan, grated
200 ml whipped cream
1 pinch of nutmeg
200 g cooked ham
20g butter
1 tsp salt
500 g tortellini (refrigerated)

Preparation is easy thanks to these step-by-step instructions:
Whisk together Parmesan, 100 milliliters of whipping cream, egg yolks and nutmeg in a bowl.
Put aside.
Cut the ham into small cubes and fry it in a pan with melted butter.
Pour in the remaining whipped cream and bring to the boil.
Fold in the tortellini and salt.
Simmer for five minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
Reduce the heat and add the cream and Parmesan mixture to the tortellini.
Mix everything well and simmer for another two minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
