Russian forces shot some Ukrainian soldiers after they surrendered near Bakhmut.
The Ukrainian commissioner for human rights DmytroLubinets reported this on Telegram, writing that at least seven soldiers were "executed" by Russian forces and publishing a video showing the moment in which the Ukrainian soldiers were killed "probably on February 24", the anniversary of the invasion .
"Their hands were raised in the air, they had demonstrated that they were unarmed," Lubinets said.
"The Russian army should have taken them prisoner, but instead they shot them mercilessly, it's a war crime."
