With a total compensation exceeding three million euros, Eitan Biran, the nine-year-old child who was the only survivor of the Mottarone cable car accident, leaves the scene from the trial for the cabin crash in which, on May 23rd three years ago, 14 people died, including the child's father, mother, little brother and maternal great-grandparents.
Tomorrow, during the second preliminary hearing scheduled in Verbania, the child's lawyer, the lawyer FabrizioVentimiglia, will withdraw the request for the formation of civil participation formulated on January 17th.
