A merchant from Santiago de Chile is
imprisoned in Mendoza for sexual abuse
of a young woman, who was attacked in a plaza, when she was going to work during the early hours of Thursday.
The victim, 29 years old, was walking along the sidewalk of Plaza Almirante Brown, between Montecaseros and Garibaldi streets, in front of the Central hospital and a few meters from the bus terminal, one of the busiest areas of the City of Mendoza.

The young woman was going to board a bus to go to her work, in a bakery in the San Martín neighborhood, about seven kilometers from the place of the sexual attack.
The attacker was drinking alcohol with other men.
According to the case, he surprised the young woman who was passing by the place.
He dragged her into her groves, threatened her with a knife and abused her.

The man was detained at the City's Third Police Station, along with other Chilean fans who had committed robberies, were discovered with drugs and weapons;
