One of the priorities of the G20 under the Brazilian presidency is the Global Alliance against Hunger and Poverty, which according to a proposal drawn up by experts should be based on three pillars.
This is a fund worth 79 billion dollars a year (in line with the World Bank's projections to have a strong impact);
to which is added the so-called 'debt swap', with an exchange of debt for investments, as well as better conditions for access to credit and financing.
The topic will be discussed at the meeting of economy ministers and central bank governors tomorrow and Thursday (28 and 29 February) in Sao Paulo, according to a preview from Globo.
