The Milan prosecutor Cuno Tarfusser was disciplinarily sanctioned by the CSM with 'censorship' for having violated the guidelines of the General Prosecutor's Office of Milan regarding the review of trials, in particular in the case of the Erba massacre.
The disciplinary section of the CSM decided this.
In particular, Tarfusser was reproached for having proposed a review of the trial for the Erba massacre, despite the fact that he was not competent to do so.
According to the programmatic guidelines of the Milan Attorney General's Office, this task fell within the competence of the Attorney General and the Attorney General.
"Redo exactly what I did": this is the reply of the magistrate who, for a possible appeal against the censorship, said he wanted to wait for the publication of the reasons which will occur within 90 days.
