Sean Combs (New York, 54 years old) faces what is already his fifth lawsuit for sexual harassment, and all in just three months.

The rapper and businessman, also known as Puff Daddy or Diddy, was denounced this Monday in the southern court of New York and, for the first time, by a man, producer Rodney Jones Jr., also known as Lil Rod.

Jones accuses him of having touched him without consent, having forced him to take drugs and required him to hire prostitutes, all very recently, in the last two years.

The lawsuit is added to those of an anonymous woman who reported on December 6 that Combs raped her along with two other people in 2003, when she was only 17 years old and he was 34, as well as the very harsh complaint of rape and mistreatment by part of his artist and ex-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura,

Cassie

(on November 16, although withdrawn a day later, after an out-of-court agreement);

to that of a student named Joi Dickerson-Neal (presented on November 23), who accuses him of rape in 1991;

and that of Liza Gardner (a day after her, on November 24), who claims that he raped her and a friend of hers in the early 1990s.

Jones demands $30 million.

Lawyers for the rapper, worth an estimated $90 million, deny the allegations.

Jones, who produced a good part of Combs' latest album, released last September, says that between September 2022 and November 2023 he spent a lot of time with the artist, working, traveling and even lived for months with him in his homes in New York. York, Florida and Los Angeles, recording many hours of audio and video of the rapper.

In her lawsuit, she explains that while they were working on the musical project, Combs “grabbed her genitals in an unauthorized or unsolicited manner and touched her anus,” and that he also encouraged her to have sex with another man, explaining that it was “a normal practice.” in the music industry,” according to the 73 pages of the lawsuit, full of photographs and explicit details.

Furthermore, always according to Jones' version, Combs walked around naked in front of him and forced him to work in the bathroom while he showered, in a shower with a transparent screen.

He also demanded and forced him to “solicit sex workers and perform sexual acts for the pleasure of Combs,” who pressured him with violence and offered him money.

He also claims that this was how he managed to control him, offering him sums of money, praising him and promising him access to executives at the highest level of record companies.

“Combs consistently makes it abundantly clear that he has immense power in the music industry and with law enforcement,” the lawsuit reads.

In addition to Combs, Jones in the lawsuit also cites the record company Universal (which, for the moment, has not responded) and some of its top executives, stating that the record company “failed to adequately supervise, warn or monitor ” to the musician.

He also quotes Justin Combs, the rapper's 30-year-old son, and his chief of staff, to whom he complained and who told him that they were "friendly antics" with which Combs showed him affection.

At a party last year at Combs' California home for the release of the album—on his Instagram profile there are many photographs and videos of those months of collaboration—Jones was forced (although he does not specify by whom or how) to take shots of tequila and vodka mixed with drugs and that, later, he fainted and woke up “at four in the morning the next day naked and with a sex worker next to him”;

The lawsuit does not specify whether it is a man or a woman.

He also claims that there were sex workers and underage girls at those parties.

According to the complainant, the musician encouraged him to have sex with him and also forced him to watch a sex video of a well-known producer and DJ having sex with another man.

Additionally, in court documents Rodney Jones Jr. claims that Combs introduced him to actor Cuba Gooding Jr. at a party on his boat, whom he also accuses of non-consensual touching.

He explains that the interpreter was “touching, groping and caressing Jones's legs, his upper inner thighs, near his groin, the lower part of his back, near his buttocks, and his shoulders.” .

In addition, Jones claims that the rapper, whom he describes as “energetic and demanding,” did not pay him well for his work on the album and in early February launched a campaign to raise funds online through GoFundMe under the heading Help me

report Sean 'Diddy' Combs,

in which he asked for $50,000 (he has achieved less than $1,500), but always for financial reasons, without citing anything that is now said in the lawsuit.

Combs contacted Jones to work on his project in August 2022. “Since Jones accepted, his life has been seriously harmed,” the lawsuit states.

In a statement issued this Monday, Sean Combs' lawyer has described Jones as "nothing more than a liar who has shamelessly asked for $30 million looking for a check he does not deserve."

“His reckless enumeration of facts that are pure fiction and that simply did not happen is nothing more than a very clear attempt to grab the headlines.

“We have overwhelming and irrefutable evidence that his claims are total lies,” she said, explaining that they have tried to share that evidence with Jones' lawyers and that he does not respond to his calls and ignores them.

“We will put an end to these misplaced accusations in court and take all appropriate measures against those who have made them.”
