“Aggressive” individuals
In the process, Taylor Swift's team spoke to the Daily Mail, declaring that the photographers present at the descent of the yacht were “aggressive”.
“Two individuals aggressively forced their way towards Taylor, grabbing onto his security personnel and threatening to throw a woman into the water,” she said.
A version denied by the alleged victim, American photographer Ben McDonald.

The photographer's version
For the photographer who alerted the courts, these explanations are “total rubbish”.
According to him, the only woman present was Taylor Swift, and the images of the altercation that he says he has do not show aggression on the part of the photographers.
He said he was photographing the singer when members of his security tried to stop him using umbrellas.
After his departure, the photographer claimed to have been “hit in the ribs”.
“I didn’t know who he was but I looked at the photos and I saw him holding Taylor’s hands and it was her dad,” he said.
“It was a shock, this had never happened to me in 26 years,” he said.
