Country Garden like Evergrande.
China's largest private real estate developer said it was dealing with a creditor's failure to repay a loan worth 1.6 billion Hong Kong dollars (about $205 million).
The company reported this in a note to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The move came after Evergrande, the most indebted real estate group in the world, was ordered to be liquidated by the Hong Kong High Court at the end of January.
Country Garden, already indefault, has debts of over 200 billion dollars.
