Furthermore, it is specified that "state disciplinary sanctions do not compromise in any way the civil and political rights of the sanctioned soldier, including any candidacy for electoral consultations of any kind".
The Rome prosecutor's office, meanwhile, will acquire the deed with which the Ministry of Defense ordered the general's suspension from employment for 11 months.
An activity that is part of the proceedings initiated in Piazzale Clodio, after some complaints, which sees Vannacci investigated for incitement to racial hatred in reference to what was written in his book "Il mondo alcontrario".
The prosecutor Erminio Amelio will also proceed with the acquisition of the book.
