You need these ingredients for fried noodles:
Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
160 ml vegetable broth
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
0.25 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
Vegetables:
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
0.5 tbsp ginger, grated
200 g broccoli, divided into small florets
100 g red pepper, cut into strips
80 g carrots, cut into fine strips
50 g sugar snap peas
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
0.5 tsp smoked paprika powder
50ml water

225 g rice noodles, cooked

Preparation is so easy:
For the sauce:
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, vegetable broth, honey, rice vinegar, chili flakes and cornstarch.
For the vegetables:
Heat sesame oil in a pan.
Fry the garlic and ginger in it for about a minute.
Then add broccoli, red pepper, carrots and snow peas.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and mix everything.
Add water and steam the vegetables for ten minutes.
Add the sauce at the end of the cooking time.
Simmer, reduce and fold in the rice noodles.
Serve fried noodles in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds to taste.
