Hamjon roll in a tortilla/Dror Biham
Sometimes, when there is no time and the children are hungry, quite a bit of originality is required in the kitchen, along with shortcuts.
Chef Aviv Moshe provides you with a nutritious and creative solution that includes seasoned vegetables and rich ground meat in a reddish Turkish salad that gives it extra flavors and juiciness.
Ingredients:
4 tortillas
250 grams of ground meat (recommended to combine veal and lamb)
A handful of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Bharat
For Turkish salad:
a handful of chopped parsley
1 cup chopped white onion
550 grams of tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soybean oil
To serve:
fresh cut vegetables
Tehina
Arisa
Preparation:
1.
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
2.
For the Turkish salad: "open" the tomato paste with the water, add the oil, onion, parsley and spices, and mix together.
3.
For the meat: mix the minced meat with the spices and parsley and add some of the Turkish salad we made just until a red and spicy mixture is obtained.
Add more if desired, according to taste.
4.
Spread the meat mixture with the Turkish salad on the tortillas and roll up.
5.
Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
Serve together with roughly cut vegetables and tahini mixed with Arisa.
