Chef Aviv Moshe provides you with a nutritious and creative solution that includes seasoned vegetables and rich ground meat in a reddish Turkish salad that gives it extra flavors and juiciness.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tortillas

  • 250 grams of ground meat (recommended to combine veal and lamb)

  • A handful of chopped parsley

  • 1 teaspoon Bharat

  • For Turkish salad:

    a handful of chopped parsley

  • 1 cup chopped white onion

  • 550 grams of tomato paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil

  • To serve:

    fresh cut vegetables

  • Tehina

  • Arisa

Preparation:

1.

Heat the oven to 250 degrees.



2.

For the Turkish salad: "open" the tomato paste with the water, add the oil, onion, parsley and spices, and mix together.



3.

For the meat: mix the minced meat with the spices and parsley and add some of the Turkish salad we made just until a red and spicy mixture is obtained.

Add more if desired, according to taste.



4.

Spread the meat mixture with the Turkish salad on the tortillas and roll up.



5.

Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.

Serve together with roughly cut vegetables and tahini mixed with Arisa.
