The Senate Justice Commission has approved the opinion developed by the rapporteur Pierantonio Zanettin (FI) which invites the government to evaluate the introduction of psycho-aptitude tests for candidates entering the roles of the judiciary.
Ivan Scalfarotto of Italia Viva also voted together with the majority.
In the opinion, presented by Zanettin to the legislative decree on the regulatory reform of the judiciary, it is also foreseen the possibility of providing that in the evaluation of the magistrate, all the documents produced by him in his career and not just a few as a sample.
