The alleged murderer will be brought to justice this Wednesday, at which time she will undergo a psychiatric examination.

Around 7:40 on Sunday a woman called 091. It was Tatiana Diguele, whose face had been spread 24 hours before for having disappeared in Zaragoza with her eight-month-old son.

In that call to the National Police room, she reported that she was on the street after having been kidnapped by a Moroccan couple and that she did not know anything about her baby.

Two agents went to the point she indicated to them, on Vía Hispanidad, a long avenue not far from her home, but what they heard from her story did not fit them.

Her baby was lying dead behind a bench a 10-minute drive from that location and now she is accused of murdering him.

This Wednesday she will go to court and will be psychologically evaluated.

The desperate search for the woman and the baby, named Juan Carlos, had begun early Saturday morning.

At two in the morning, the child's father and the mother's partner went to the police station in the Delicias neighborhood to file a report for the disappearance of both.

From the beginning, this matter was classified as high risk due to the details that the man gave.

All search mechanisms were then activated and SOS Desaparecidos distributed the image of the two.

The police contacted the entire family and urgently requested the investigating court on duty to intercept the telephone and telematic communications of the missing woman.

In the request document they pointed out that there was a risk to the life or physical integrity of the minor.

Less than 48 hours later, the woman's call came.

The agents found her on the street and found a disjointed story “full of inconsistencies,” police sources say.

She told them about an attack by a couple on her and her baby, she stated that they had been detained and that she had not heard from the child for hours.

At that moment, the agents notified investigators from the Homicide group due to suspicion of criminal evidence.

These police officers interviewed the woman and she ended up recanting the story of the attack and her kidnapping.

Less than two hours after that call, he led them to a place less than 10 minutes away by car, next to a station and near the CaixaForum in Zaragoza.

Behind a stone bench and next to some bushes, they found the baby.

According to the preliminary results of the autopsy, the child died of asphyxiation and, according to sources close to the case, investigators have concluded that it was not an accidental death or the result of recklessness.

The woman is pregnant again and is in the first months of her pregnancy.

Investigators have pushed the 72-hour limit allowed before the woman has to be brought to justice.

During this time they have carried out all possible procedures such as reviewing security cameras, more interviews with family members and identifying possible witnesses.

Finally, the detainee has been accused of murder, taking into account the obvious impossibility of the victim to defend himself against her.

This morning she will meet with her lawyer, she will undergo a psychological analysis by the coroner and finally she will be seen by the judge, who will decide whether to admit her to prison or a psychiatric center.
