“You're disturbed”: These four words are used by an anonymous curmudgeon in handwriting on a notice for furniture sales.

That causes discussions.

Wesel - Ohh!

A notice advertising a furniture sale ended up on the Instagram page “Notes of Germany”.

It's not so much the offer itself that attracts attention, but rather the four words that someone left handwritten on it.

The photo is said to have been taken in Wesel (NRW).

The authenticity has not been confirmed, but there is nothing to indicate that it is a fake.

NRW offer for furniture receives handwritten comment: “You are disturbed”

According to this, someone is offering a bedroom in “very good” condition made of wood for collection for 350 euros.

In detail: two beds with matching slatted frames, two bedside tables and two wall cupboards.

Interested parties can either call or go directly to the Kleinanzeigen.de portal (formerly eBay Kleinanzeigen) using a QR code or ad number.

The bedroom in question can actually be found there, in an advertisement from February 7th from Rheinberg, around 20 kilometers from the aforementioned Wesel.

But there was something about the note that didn't appeal to a stranger.

The asking price?

The bedroom?

A combination of both?

Or was it a misunderstanding and the “350.00” price was interpreted as 35,000 euros?

In any case, one person felt compelled to pull out a pen and write the words “You’re disturbed.”

Many people shake their heads about the anonymous troublemaker in furniture advertisements

Of course there is a lot going on in the Instagram comments column.

A comment that criticized the handwritten complaint received around 100 likes (as of February 27, 3 p.m.): “Someone decides, quite harmlessly and without attacking or otherwise harassing anyone or restricting them in any way, that they no longer want to do so to make some money out of used quality furniture, and then an obviously resentful, dissatisfied, underutilized someone comes along and spews his or her negativity.

Just scribble on someone else's ad.

With an insult.

You don't have to buy it!

Just move on and get your life together, because normal people won't feel personally attacked by an advertisement for their property.

Unfortunately, it is also indicative of a part of our society today and the way we deal with others and other people’s property and rights.”

One user can't understand how the comment came about: “Can someone please explain it to me?

I don't understand it." The prompt speculation: "I guess the person is bothered by the price of the outdated furniture.

Sure, it might not be fashionable anymore, but it’s solid wood furniture” and “Right.

It’s no longer fashionable, but it’s solid wood, and the scrawled comment is simply superfluous with the insult.”

“It’s not cheap Ikea furniture”: Is the price reasonable?

The comment “Okay, I really don’t understand it” received almost 300 likes.

Solid wood furniture is not cheap, even if the style is not modern." And another person writes: "The price is completely clear... it's not cheap Ikea furniture." This reaction reads similarly: "2x2m bed with Slatted frames, bedside tables, cabinets made of real wood in good condition?

Find the price reasonable tbh.

Better than today's wood chips and glue with a bit of plastic.

Go to the furniture store and look at the prices for real wood, there's nothing wrong with that.

“That bed will last another 20 years (just paint it black and put new handles on it if the look doesn’t fit).”

So most people are clearly against the anonymous greaser.

However, the troublemaker doodler seems to be right, at least in terms of content: the 350 euros were actually too high to find a buyer in a timely manner.

The bedroom is still for sale in classified ads (as of February 27th, 3 p.m.).

At a negotiated price of 250 euros... Patrick Lindner also had unpleasant experiences with the former eBay classifieds.
