Unfortunately, the house is not in Springfield: Dan Castellante, the iconic voice of the legendary character Homer Simpson in the long-running animated series "The Simpsons", recently announced that he is selling his small luxury apartment located on the first line of the beach in Santa Barbara, California.
The apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, is offered to buyers, or fans who want to brag to their friends about the property's connection to the Immortal series, for the sum of 4.5 million dollars (equivalent to approximately NIS 16 million).
Castellante, who purchased the house in 2015 for just over $3 million, will make a nice profit if he sells the apartment at the asking price.
Despite its size, the house, built in 2011, exudes luxury in all its parts.
Beyond the well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace and the oak floor, it also offers direct access to a recreational complex that is shared by the complex's residents only, and includes a private beach, pool, spa, tennis courts, a game room and a residents' club - secured 24 hours a day.

In addition to Homer Simpson, Castellante also voices many other characters in the series, including Krusty the Clown, Mayor Quimby and Housefather Willy.
"The Simpsons", is a series about a dysfunctional family living in the fictional town of Springfield.
It debuted as a standalone show in late 1989 and became the longest-running animated series in the United States.
