In 2023, net of calendar effects, industry turnover will decrease by 0.5% compared to the previous year.
There was a slight increase in sales on the foreign market, but sales to domestic customers fell.

In December it is estimated that, net of seasonal factors, increases of 2.1% compared to the previous month, recording a positive dynamic on both markets (+1.7% on the domestic market and +2.7% on the foreign market).
Corrected for calendar effects, total turnover instead fell in trend terms by 0.1%, the result of a decrease of 0.8% on the domestic market and an increase of 1.1% on the foreign market.
There were 18 working days compared to 20 in December 2022.
