  • For the meatballs:

    Form into small balls.

  • For the Viking pot:

    Heat oil in a deep pan.

    Fry the meatballs on all sides.

    Remove.

  • Melt the butter in the same pan and sauté the onions until translucent.

    Add flour and fry for a minute.

    Deglaze with vegetable broth and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  • Add frozen vegetables and simmer for five minutes.
