People who ask for the Inclusion Allowance will not have to consider the value of the BTPs in the ISEE, as required by the latest Budget law.
In fact, the change initially envisaged by the draft Pnrr decree which instead obliged the value of the BTP in the assets for the purposes of the ISEE for ADI recipients only was skipped.
The latest version of the decree, as released by the Council of Ministers but which does not yet appear defined, has instead removed this article, thus returning to excluding BTPs from the ISEE calculation for everyone.
