Bullied at school and on social media because they were children of state police officers, they stopped going to class on Monday.
This was reported by the acronym Coisp, Coordination for the trade union independence of the police forces, which so far has reported 12 cases of students labeled as "son of the cop" or "son of truncheons".
"Colleagues report to us a dozen cases in high schools in Florence, Pisa and other cities, two also in lower middle schools and we are not ruling out other cases. The majority of them do not feel like returning to class", says Coisp general secretary Domenico Pianese after what he reported The newspaper.
