The renewal of the national food industry contract 2023-2027 between FAI-CISL, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil and the sector business associations was signed overnight.
This was announced by the unions who, after four days of non-stop negotiations, reached an agreement on which they express full satisfaction with the results achieved in line with the objectives of the platform, especially regarding wages, welfare and the fight against precariousness.
The new agreement provides for an increase of 280 euros for the economic part.
The first tranche starts from 1 December 2023 with an increase of 75 euros, already in the first 14 months of contractual application workers will recover an amount of 170 euros, 60% of the total expected increase.
In cases of failure to negotiate second level contracts, a further 15 euros per month are added to those already foreseen.
