A Kaufland customer has discovered a product that could amaze many people - especially if they didn't grow up in the city.

Munich - If you go to the supermarket with your eyes open, you can discover many bizarre products.

For example, a men's cleaning product is offered there.

Sometimes the price is what's unusual, like this chocolate snack.

The “Sausage Maker” at Lidl was discussed with astonishment online.

And the cure for hangovers after a night of partying is almost legendary, which caused irritation when nights of partying were not possible during the deepest Corona crisis.

Kaufland apparently sells 5-kilogram buckets of cattle dung for 9.99 euros.

“Shit in buckets”: Kaufland customer is surprised about the 10 euro offer

A user of the social media platform BlueSky has now observed an article at Kaufland that, in his opinion, is received very differently - depending on the viewer's origin.

Or as he puts it: “Why people make fun of city dwellers in the country.” The photo shows what he means: The supermarket apparently offers five kilograms of Countryside brand beef dung for 9.99 euros.

Or as the Kaufland customer puts it: “NOW NEW IN YOUR KAUFLAND: SHIT IN BUCKETS!”

Such a product is by no means new.

Back in 2014, a user tweeted “Delicious cattle dung” in amazement when she discovered a bucket of the granulated natural fertilizer in a supermarket.

And in 2022, a user wrote about a photo from the hardware store in which he tagged two other users: “Here’s your chance!

Compo sells horse manure as an elite fertilizer for roses, the kg for 1.67€!

You’ll get rich if you sit at the source!”

Of course, this is aimed at the difference between city and country dwellers in the same way as the Kaufland customer mentioned above.

Because while many people in agricultural areas really have enough of the potential fertilizer left over in the form of animal feces, in the city it is offered for sale in buckets at considerable prices.

No wonder people who grew up on a farm are surprised.

Did you know that you should never put a certain drink on the checkout belt at the supermarket?
