Thus the secretary of the National Association of Magistrates, Giuseppe Santalucia, on the sidelines of the central steering committee of the ANM, who, regarding the tests, spoke of the "danger of homogenization of minds" and "we will have to see who will be the judge of my psyche : if a commission appointed by a council or a doctor", furthermore "it will be necessary to understand, for example, what the impact of the judgment is on an excellent written test".
