The appeal presented by the defense against the seizures ordered by the Turin prosecutor's office in the investigation which revolves around the inheritance of Gianni Agnelli was partially accepted.
The review court, according to initial information, also ordered the return to the interested parties of part of the documents acquired by the Financial Police.
The appeal was presented by the lawyers of John Elkann and the accountant Gianluca Ferrero.
Elkann's lawyers, 'we are satisfied'
"We are obviously satisfied because a legal principle of which we were very convinced has been affirmed. The court accepted our appeal almost entirely, ordering the return of almost all of the seized material. We maintain our tranquility and full confidence in the work of the magistrates" .
This is the comment of the lawyers Paolo Siniscalchi, Federico Cecconi and Carlo Re, John Elkann's lawyers, on the ruling of the Turin review court in the proceedings concerning the inheritance of Gianni Agnelli.
