The Vicenza Prosecutor's Office, at the end of the investigation into false anti-Covid vaccinations, requested the indictment of the singer 'Madame', and the tennis player Camila Giorgi, as well as 19 other suspects.
The goal of those who relied on compliant medical practices was to obtain the green pass, to be able to carry out any activity in the era of the pandemic.
Among those under investigation is the doctor Erich Volker Goepel, who ended up under house arrest in 2022. The people for whom the prosecutor Gianni Pipeschi requests the trial are accused, in various capacities, of the crimes of ideological falsehood (this is the case of Madame and Giorgi ), and corruption and embezzlement.
Four other suspects, including Dr. Daniela Grillone Tecioiu, have asked for a plea bargain.
