The Arab broadcaster Al Jazeera reports it.

Of the 176 wounded taken to al-Awda hospital, 142 had gunshot wounds while the other 34 showed wounds due to a hasty escape, Salha said, specifying that he could not provide information on the cause of death of the victims of the incident because the their bodies were transported to other facilities. 

 Previously, the spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary General Stephane Dujarric had also said that during a visit to al-Shifa hospital a UN team "was able to confirm that many of the people being treated there", victims of Thursday's attack near Gaza , "they had gunshot wounds."
