The sausage manufacturer Rügenwalder Mühle has launched a recall.
This affects a vegan product that was created in cooperation with KoRo.
Berlin – Anyone who follows a vegan diet can now find some substitute products for meat in supermarkets.
However, caution is advised when shopping.
As a precautionary measure, KoRo and Rügenwalder Mühle are recalling a joint vegan meat product.
It was only in February that a chocolate bar from KoRo was also affected by a recall.

The recall relates to the product “Vegan Mills Hack Mix and Ready” with the best-before date of January 31, 2025.
This emerges from a press release from the manufacturer.

Because it cannot be ruled out that there would be salmonella in the products.
“As the instructions state that the products must be heated before consumption, there is no risk to consumers if prepared properly.
However, we strongly advise against consumption,” warns the company.
