Over their heads the boys display banners with the words "Pisa is not afraid" and "Pisa in the square against bombs and truncheons";

this last banner is signed by the coordination of Pisan middle school students.


During the demonstration, slogans were chanted against Israel, defined as a "fascist and terrorist state"

In the procession there are also representatives of the Democratic Party and other centre-left and left-wing parties.

The president of the Province, Massimiliano Angori (Pd), also parades.

The demonstration is taking place peacefully and there are also many flags of peace and Palestine.


Palestinian children also took part in the Rome procession

A photo of Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni shaking hands, daubed with red-painted handprints, signifying the "Palestinian blood" on their conscience.

At the head of the procession, Palestinian children hold white sheets with 'stop genocide' written in red.

The young people then lay down on the ground while the sound of bombs and missiles rang out from the speakers.

"We want Palestine, there is no Israel which is a state that occupies and colonized our land", repeats Maya, the president of the Palestinian students' movement from the megaphone.
