Fashion show with inmates who become models for a day.
It will take place on March 8th
in the "Ernesto Mari" prison
- Women's section, where Silvia Bartole's costumes will parade in an event entitled "Beauty. Well-being even in prison".
The initiative is organized by the Soroptimist Clubs of Trieste, Udine and Pordenone in collaboration with the Lions District 108TA2 and the University of the Third Age Trieste.
Within a total institution, such as prison, beauty can be a well-being, the organizers explain, because some of the moments in which one can detach and feel good are the training courses which have the aim of not making others feel detainees of being "different women".
The initiative, they underline, "aims to have a strong treatment value".
