"It is an extremely serious fact, which is part of a situation that has been established for years: the right to privacy, guaranteed by Article 15 of our Constitution, has now become a sort of metaphysical aspiration", said Carlo

Nordio, Minister of Justice

, on the sidelines of the EU Council, commenting on the story

of the alleged dossiers for political purposes.

"The same wiretaps, more or less lawful, captured in different ways, have almost become the rule, while Article 15 of the Constitution says that they can only be limited in exceptional cases: if they are not even authorized by the judicial authority but are captured in an eccentric way, so to speak, then the judiciary and, in my opinion, also the legislator must intervene".

For

Giovanni Donzelli,

FdI deputy and vice-president of Copasir, on 24 Mattino on Radio 24, "the

instigators must be discovered,

no one can tell us that a man from the Guardia di Finanza wakes up and does so, out of passion, 900 accesses and gives to a left-wing newspaper, like Domani by De Benedetti, without there being a request, nor a political plan, just because he woke up crooked in the morning, no one believes it".

"I hear that exponents of the majority but also of the opposition have been spied on but there is no one from the Democratic Party, barely half a regional councillor. So a political plan seems quite clear to me that it exists also because the information from those on the right then have ended up in the newspapers, there have been indecent mud campaigns against centre-right exponents based on confidential information which must not be used incorrectly through the Anti-Mafia and the Financial Police and therefore there is a very serious question of the stability of the institutions which must be explored in depth until we discover who wanted this thing, and not only on the political side but also on the economic side, given that it seems to me that there are also many economic accesses to this affair. It is a very serious thing and they should be indignant all political forces and no one should try to diminish it. The common rules of the game must exist, if anyone thinks of sabotaging these rules using incorrect methods they are out of the game", concludes Donzelli.

Lotito asks to be heard by Rome prosecutors

The president of Lazio, Claudio Lotito, asks to be heard by Rome prosecutors regarding the investigation launched months ago after a report from the DNA and which concerns "alleged illicit activities carried out by Gabriele Gravina", president of the FIGC.

This is what his lawyer, Gian Michele Gentile, announces, explaining that the Biancoceleste owner wants to speak with the investigators regarding the segment concerning the sale of Salernitana Calcio.

The senator has already been heard in Perugia and after the preliminary investigation "the Financial Police - explains the lawyer - acquired the documentation that we have made available".

"Lotito will ask to be heard on the issue of Salernitana Calcio which is still an open wound for the president and has caused a lot of damage even in civil matters", adds Lotito who months ago was heard by the Umbrian prosecutors who are investigating the alleged activity of dossier implemented, among others, by the lieutenant of the Gdf, Pasquale Striano and by the deputy prosecutor of the National Anti-Mafia Directorate, Antonio Laudati.

"They instrumentally confuse the political level with personal facts that have nothing to do with it", said Claudio Lotito, speaking to Tg1, in a report on the Perugia investigation.

Cesa: "Stop illegal wiretaps"

"I just found out. I sent a lawyer to clarify. It's absurd. But it's not the first time it's happened to me."

Thus, in an interview with the Corriere, the secretary of the UDC Lorenzo Cesa ended up in the network of 'spies'.

"It is unthinkable," he says, "that similar episodes could occur in a democratic country. We must act."

For Cesa, "Parliament must intervene".

As?

"Now every day we are faced with leaks and illegal wiretaps," he states. "Putting a barrier is dutiful and dignified."

Brugnaro: "Gladio style situation"

"I have always trusted and even today I trust the judiciary. Now I'm waiting for clarity on these facts. But it leaves a bad taste in the mouth to see how much baseness and how much anger there is. Because what, fortunately, was discovered it's just a Gladio-style situation, a counter-power at work."

This was stated in an interview with Corriere della Sera by Luigi Brugnaro, mayor of Venice and founder of the 'Coraggio Italia' party.

For Brugnaro, "what has emerged is very dangerous. Credit must be given to Minister Guido Crosetto - he concludes - for having filed a complaint".

Iv requests a hearing from Raho in the Anti-Mafia

"I will file a request for a hearing with the vice-president of the Anti-Mafia parliamentary commission Cafiero de Raho, former national anti-mafia prosecutor, regarding the Perugia investigation into the alleged dossiers. I know that the hearing of a member of the same commission is unprecedented, but at this point it seems necessary to me to do so in this case. President Colosimo will evaluate the request".

Thus the senator of IV and member of the Anti-Mafia, Raffaella Paita.

Yesterday the other vice-president of the same commission, Mauro D'Attis, had asked that de Raho abstain from participating in the sessions concerning the investigation.
