In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the chicken breast, onions, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Fry the vegetable and chicken mixture in a large pan on a medium heat for about twelve minutes on all sides.
Garnish with coriander to taste.
