The Board resolved, with the abstention of three councilors, to present a list of 15 candidates also composed of Pietro Labriola, indicated as CEO, Giovanni Gorno Tempini, Paola Camagni, Federico Ferro Luzzi, Maurizio Carli and among the new directors Domitilla Benigni.

The list is completed by Jeffrey Hedberg, Paola Tagliavini, RominaGuglielmetti, Leone Pattofatto, Antonella Lillo, AndreaMascetti, Enrico Pazzali and Luca Rossi.
