What do certain dreams say about us?
This is the question that American psychotherapist Sean Grover sought to answer.
After several years of study and research on his patients' dreams, the practitioner created five categories of scenarios, isolating the precious messages contained for each.
He provides the details in an article written by himself and published on the Psychology Today website on February 23.
“Even the most unpleasant dreams constitute material from which we can extract warnings and advice,” informs us Isabelle Simon, psychologist and psychotherapist.
To receive and understand them, it is necessary to look at our dreams as a simple spectator to neutralize the emotional charge.
The specialist analyzes their content and provides keys to using it.
