97% of kitchen professionals use social media constantly and the topic of "cooking and nutrition" is in first place with 28% of preferences.
Characters such as Max Mariola, Benedetta Rossi, Ruben are among the most popular chefs on the network and the reason is linked to the element of simplicity at the basis of their recipes.
This is what emerges from a survey carried out by the Observatory of the communication agency Soluzione Group in collaboration with Apci - Professional Association of Italian Chefs.
The analysis carried out shows that "through high-impact and short-lived posts and videos, chefs transform themselves into real creators with the aim of creating increasingly more profiled viral content".
The researchers underline that fundamental are "the language and gestures with which cooking skills are shown, but also the character and emotion, which arouses curiosity towards the recipes proposed, but also affection for the personality that emerges".
Finally, the study highlights that among the emerging characters in the social world there appears to be Tommy Er Cuoco, "the king of carbonara" who, with a direct and empathetic manner, focuses - it is explained - everything on traditional dishes, of which he reveals tricks and secrets to his followers".
