It will take another two weeks before we know whether the outgoing president of the Sardinia Region, Christian Solinas, has held the role of secretary of the Sardinian Action Party without having the title.
The judge of the civil court of Cagliari Bruno Malagoli has reserved the right to decide shortly: "it will take at least ten or fifteen days", explains the lawyer Roberto Murgia who presented the urgent appeal on behalf of Stefano Esu, member and member of the Council national party member and former consultant of the local authorities and urban planning department of the Solinas council.
The decision should therefore arrive before the Sardistas' congress which has been convened for April 17, to coincide with the party's 'birthday'.
And this is precisely one of the points contested by Esu: the failure to convene the body for three years as required by the statute.
"Because of the pandemic" the managers have always maintained.
The other two disputes concern the failure of Solinas himself to register in 2019 and his membership, during the regional elections just held, on the Solinas president list, which would lead to automatic expulsion.
