“Patience with Israel is wearing thin” within the international community and even among reliable allies such as the United Kingdom.
This is the warning addressed by David Cameron, head of Foreign Affairs in Rishi Sunak's Tory government, to Israeli Minister Benny Gantz (opposition figure who joined Netanyahu's war cabinet after the escalation with Hamas) arriving in London from Washington .
Cameron, speaking in the British House of Lords, underlined that he had addressed "a whole series of warnings" to the Israelis on the need to guarantee more humanitarian aid to the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
