“I looked at the date, I wondered if it was April 1st!

», laughs immunologist Cyrille Cohen.

A German citizen was vaccinated 217 times against Covid in two and a half years, according to him (the courts report 130 injections in less than a year).

Intrigued by this exceptional case that they discovered in the press, academics from his country wanted to know what consequences such a vaccination frenzy could have, particularly on the immune system.

Their results were published this Monday, March 4, in the very serious journal The Lancet Diseases Infectious.

The German media started talking about this individual in May 2022. At the time, justice had opened an investigation and suspected at least 85 immunizations (with several different products), reported Der Spiegel.

At the time of his arrest, the man had both blank vaccination records and those in other people's names - possibly to obtain them vaccine passes in exchange for a sum of money.
