For a delicious mineral water cake you need:
250g sugar
500g flour
4 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
125 ml mineral water
125 ml oil

For decoration and added flavor you will need:
Powdered sugar or lemon glaze
Colorful sugar sprinkles
Fluffy mineral water cake: It's that quick
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees fan.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy and add the flour, baking powder and oil.
Then mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
Once the dough has been mixed, add the mineral water to it.
Then put the dough in a greased Bundt cake tin and bake it in the oven for about 50 minutes.
Cover the cake with a lemon glaze or dust it with a little powdered sugar.
Before serving, decorate your wonderfully fluffy mineral water cake with colorful sugar sprinkles.
