Researchers have been studying German satisfaction since 2011.

Numerous factors are taken into account.

Accordingly, work, living conditions, income, family and health, among other things, play a role.

As part of the study, the researchers interviewed a total of 3,109 participants in personal interviews.

Another 2,000 Germans between the ages of 18 and 65 also provided information about the influence of inflation and the war in Ukraine on life satisfaction.

Job satisfaction depends on various factors

The results show: The different satisfaction levels between industries can be attributed to various factors.

While people from social professions, education and health care such as doctors, nurses, social workers, teachers and educators were the most dissatisfied in the survey, this seems to be primarily due to the prevailing time pressure and the associated working conditions.

After all, around 42 percent of those surveyed from the industries stated that they were rushed in their job.
