For a quick wild garlic butter you only need a handful of ingredients:

Wild garlic butter is a delicious spread and goes perfectly with fresh bread, baguettes or rolls.

  • 250 g butter, soft

  • 1 (approx. 50 g) bunch of wild garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

An aromatic spring butter with wild garlic is easy to make:

  • Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and chop finely.

  • Put the butter in a bowl and beat until creamy with a hand mixer.

  • Add wild garlic, salt, pepper and, if desired, lemon juice and mix everything well.

  • Place the wild garlic butter on a piece of cling film and form into a roll.

    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Remove from the foil, cut into slices and enjoy on grilled meat or bread.
