Pirelli closes 2023 with results above targets.
Revenues reach 6.65 billion (6.6 billion euros the 2023 target), up 0.5% compared to 2022 (+6.8% organic change excluding the exchange rate effect of -6.3% ), adjusted operating profit at 1 billion and net profit grew by 13.8% to 495.9 million.
The latter thanks to the improvement of operational performance and the benefits deriving from the patent box.
The board of directors, we read in a note, therefore proposes a dividend of 0.198 euros per share (it was 0.218 euros in the last financial year) for a total dividend of 198 million.
