Preparing ice cream with mango is quick and easy:
Place all ingredients in a high-performance stand mixer and mix until a creamy mixture is formed.
For a sweeter ice cream, season the mixture with agave syrup.
Immediately pour the sorbet into glasses, sprinkle with a pinch of chili-lime salt (Tajin spice mixture) if desired and enjoy.

The tequila can also be replaced with refined sugar (sugar-water syrup).
