The vice president of the Council of Foreign Affairs Minister Antonio Tajani met the Minister of Justice Alina Gorghiu in Bucharest, with whom - the Farnesina reports - he raised the case of some Italian prisoners currently present in Romania: "Mr. Filippo Mosca, detained in the prison of Poarta Alba, was subjected to violence: we hope he will be transferred to a safe and protected place. His compatriot Francesco Flauto was definitively convicted and asked to serve his sentence in Italy".
The first topic addressed in the meeting - the Farnesina said in a note - was that of improving judicial cooperation, which is crucial to encouraging the presence of Italian companies in Romania.
Tajani, who is also responsible for foreign trade, underlined that "by benefiting from a more secure legal context, Italian companies will certainly be encouraged to increase investments".
