Equip yourself with a sushi mat (we're talking about less than twenty shekels here) and get going, because nowadays in every large supermarket you will find a shelf for raw materials for making sushi, from seaweed to sauces to pickled ginger.
And most importantly - rolling in a sushi place is fun and delicious and if there is a pregnant woman, you have also solved her longing problem and we haven't even started talking about the vegans who will be happy to devour this dish.

Ingredients for 4 dishes:
8 sheets of rice
8 sheets of nori tips
1 cup of cooked sushi rice
1 ripe avocado
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1 thinly sliced carrot 1 pickled radish
1
sliced and roasted sweet potato To
season the rice:
2 tablespoons of mirin
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
To serve:
soy and wasabi
sauce

Instructions:

Season the rice with mirin, salt and sugar.
2.
