Consolidated revenues amounted to 2.26 billion, up 10.2% at constant exchange rates and 6.7% at current exchange rates compared to 2022. Net profit on a recurring basis amounted to 165.8 million euros, down by 9.5% compared to the previous year due to higher depreciation and the increase in financial charges.


    The gross operating margin (Ebitda) amounted to 541.6 million euros, up 3.1% compared to 2022.


   Net financial debt stood at 852 million, after investments, acquisitions and dividends for a total of 314 million EUR.

The board of directors will propose a dividend of 0.29 euros per share to the shareholders' meeting called for April 24th.


    For the current year the company expects strong growth results.

In particular: consolidated revenues in "high-single digit growth at constant exchange rates", supported by increases in market shares and acquisitions, with the latter contributing at least 2% to growth;

a recurring gross operating margin of more than 24.6%.

Amplifon accelerates its international expansion thanks to a series of acquisitions made during 2023. The group has reached 9,700 stores worldwide, exceeding 400 stores in China.


    For "our group, 2023 was a year of further growth, in which we reached record levels in absolute value", says CEO Enrico Vita.
