Two disturbances are arriving over the weekend, again with snow and hail.
This was announced by Andrea Garbinato, editorial manager of the website www.iLMeteo.it, recalling that since 22 February the rains have been a meteorological constant, especially in the Centre-North.
In the last few hours the phenomena have also moved to the South, with snow along the Apennine ridge.
In the next few hours, the disturbance, which has slipped towards the south, will cause some moments of instability also in the middle Adriatic and in the North-East, but clear spells will be prevalent.
According to the site's forecasts, the truce will not last long: an intense Atlantic disturbance is expected from France to the western Italian sector from the afternoon of Friday 8 March.
In the morning the weather will be mostly dry, but from the early hours of the afternoon the umbrellas will open in Sardinia and Western Liguria.
In the evening, all of the North-West, Sardinia and Upper Tuscany will see the appetizer of the weekend's bad weather.
In the Western Alps it will snow again above 700-900 metres.
The weekend will see the passage of two disturbances: the first between Friday evening and the first part of Saturday will bring rain from west to east, snow in the Alps above 700-900 meters and above 1,300 meters in the Apennines, and generally bad weather from North to South. The second disturbance, more intense, will bring snowfall to the Alps, with over 50-60 cm of fresh snow in 24 hours, heavy rain also in Campania and snow on the Apennines at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,400 metres.

: in the North: unstable only in the Triveneto.
In the centre: sunny on the Tyrrhenian Sea, clouds elsewhere with rare rain.
In the South: some rain in the lower Tyrrhenian Sea and Salento.

In the North: unstable in the Triveneto, increasing clouds in the North-West with the first phenomena from the afternoon to evening.
In the center: sunny with slowly increasing clouds, rain arriving in Sardinia from the afternoon.
In the South: good weather except for local clouds in the morning over Puglia.
Saturday 9

In the North: new disturbance with precipitation towards the East and a lull in the afternoon.
Snow at 700-900 meters.
In the center: scattered showers, snow at 1500 meters.
In the South: rains coming, especially in Campania.
