A senior Hamas official accused Israel of "ruining" all mediators' efforts to reach a truce agreement before Ramadan.
The Guardian reports it.
Senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri said Israel insisted on rejecting parts of the agreement that would lead to a pause in fighting, ensure the arrival of aid and facilitate the return of internally displaced people to their homes.
The Hamas delegation has now left Cairo, although a source told Egyptian news channel Al-Qahera that talks will continue and resume next week.
